Returns / Exchanges Policies

I want you to absolutely love your Little Miss Charlie's purchase. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the quality of the item or it is defective or damaged in transit, please contact me via email misscharliestreasures@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt of the item with a description of the issue and/or damage. I will work with you to resolve the issue by either refund (to your credit card or Paypal account based on your original payment method) or exchange (providing the same or similar item is available). I may also ask you to provide photographs of the damage or return the item (at my expense) so I can determine what has caused the issue and make sure it does not happen again.
 
Returns or Exchanges due to change of mind:
If you wish to exchange your item or want a refund due to a change of mind, please contact me via email misscharliestreasures@gmail.com to discuss.
It will be at my discretion to agree to a refund or exchange in these circumstances, and if so the item must be returned to me unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging. The item must be received by me before I will proceed with a refund or exchange.
Please note any personalised items (eg with a birthday number) or custom orders (eg where you request colour / design changes to an item) are not eligible for refund / exchange simply due to change of mind.
If I agree to an exchange, the buyer is responsible for postage costs to return the original item to me and postage costs to send the replacement item.
If I agree to a refund, the refund amount will be the original purchase price less the postage cost and less a $10.00 restock fee.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item and the refund will be processed. Your refund will be processed via your original method of payment. I will process your refund within 3 days of receiving the item back.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item and instruct you on how to pay the postage to re-send the exchanged item. I will post your replacement item within 3 days of receiving postage costs if the exchanged item is ready made. If the item is 'made to order' standard turnaround times apply per the item description.
