How can I contact you?

Are your cake toppers edible?
No, not for eating! My cake toppers are not made from fondant icing. They are plastic animal figurines that I dress up with party hats, tutus and other accessories. After your celebration you can simply wipe off any icing or cake crumbs with a damp cloth. They will look gorgeous displayed in your child's room (up high please, they are no longer toys but display items only due to small parts added) or tuck them away in a memory or keepsake box. They will keep forever!
What brand are your animals?
I mostly use Schleich or Collecta brands as I find they are excellent quality and beautifully detailed. Occasionaly I will use other brands if I find a specific animal I love. Please contact me if you have any questions about any of the animals. 
Can I change the colours and accessories?
Yes! If you want to change the colour of the party hat or balloon or swap accessories on any of the animals, I am happy to help. Please touch base via the 'contact us' page of via email misscharliestreasures@gmail.com to discuss your requirements. Please note, I am not always able to assist with requests for specific animals not currently listed on the website.  
Do you have a physical shop front I can visit?
No, I am an on-line only shop.
How long does it take to send items?
Most items are made to order, you can find the turnaround time listed at the bottom of the item description under 'important info'. I usually have my average turnaround time on the pink banner at the top of every page too (some exclusions apply, particularly painted animals which always take longer). Please be sure to check the turnaround time prior to purchase and remember to allow postage time in addition to my turnaround time. If you require an item sooner than the standard turnaround time, please contact me prior to purchase to see if this is possible.
How do you ship orders?
All orders are shipped via Australia Post and every parcel has a tracking number. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to the parcel tracking details once your order has been posted. I offer standard post and express post. Shipping times vary depending on your location (I am located on the South Coast of NSW, postcode 2529). You can check the Australia Post website for estimated delivery times.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time I only ship within Australia.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is via credit card, Paypal or Afterpay at the checkout.
