How can I contact you?
You can reach me (I'm Jen, the owner of Little Miss Charlie) via the 'Contact Us' page, found here or you can email me directly at email@example.com, I will always get back to you within 24 hours (but usually much sooner!)
Do you have a physical shop front I can visit?
No, I am an on-line only shop.
How long does it take to send items?
Shipping time depends on if the item is 'ready to post' or 'made to order'. Everything in my shop has an individual turnaround time listed at the bottom of the item description, please be sure to check the turnaround time prior to purchase. Please remember to allow postage time in addition to my turnaround time. If you require an item sooner than the standard turnaround time, please contact me prior to purchase to see if this is possible (rush order fee may apply).
How do you ship orders?
All orders are shipped via Australia Post and every parcel has a tracking number. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to the parcel tracking details once your order has been posted. I offer standard post and express post. Shipping times vary depending on your location (I am located in metro Sydney, postcode 2148). You can check the Australia Post website for estimated delivery times.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time I only ship within Australia.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is via credit card, Paypal or Afterpay at the checkout.
What is Afterpay?
Afterpay offers simple instalment plans for online shoppers, allowing a purchase to be paid for in four equal instalments, due every fortnight. Simply choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. First-time customers provide payment details as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. After you check out, the goods will be shipped to you (subject to standard turnaround times for made to order items). At any time, you can log in to your Afterpay account to see your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date. Otherwise we will automatically deduct the instalments from your debit or credit card every fortnight. Find out more at www.afterpay.com.au
At this time I have different brands for short sleeve and sleeveless / long sleeve bodysuits and the manufactures sizing guidelines vary slightly.
Approximate size guidelines for short sleeve bodysuits:
6 - 9 months: up to 9kgs, 72cm height
9 - 12 months: up to 10kgs, 76cm height
12 - 18 months: up to 12kgs, 83cm height
Approximate size guidelines for sleeveless and long sleeve bodysuits:
6 - 9 months: up to 9.5kgs, 74cm height
9 - 12 months: up to 11kgs, 80cm height
12 - 18 months: 11kgs+, 86cm heigh
The bodysuits are a generous fit and these size guidelines are approximate, as baby body shapes vary greatly. As a very basic guide, size 6-9 months is roughly equivalent to size 0, 9-12 months is between a size 0 and size 1 and 12-18 months would be equivalent to a generous size 1.
If you need further assistance with measurements and sizing please contact me prior to purchasing.
To keep your tutu looking it's best, here are a few guidelines.
When your tutu first arrives, give it a good shake to fluff it up and use your fingers to comb the tulle to release any tangles and straighten. If you feel it needs it, you can hang it in the bathroom while having a hot shower and the steam should help with any remaining wrinkles. It can be hung on a skirt / pants hanger.
Spot cleaning is recommended (baby wipes are perfect for small areas) but if your tutu needs a proper wash I have had success with the following method, but please be very gentle. Fill a tub with warm water and washing liquid and gently hand wash. Lay the tutu flat on a towel until it is almost dry (not dripping anymore) and then give it a good shake to fluff it up and then hand on a skirt hanger to finish drying. Please never put your tutu in the washing machine or dryer, this will destroy it.
