The mini Party Hat is made from cardstock covered in white fabric with pastel polka dots in pink, yellow, blue and green. It has pink mini pom pom trim around the base, a pink pom pom on top and is finished with a pink felt 1. The hat is held in place by thin pink elastic, it can be worn under the chin like a party hat or can be worn 'headband style' with the elastic behind the ears and under her hair at the back. The Party Hat is approximately 12cm tall.
